The Ocean Club Community Association (OCCA) is the association of which all Ocean Club unit owners are members. OCCA is responsible for managing and operating all of the community facilities including The Beach Club, Tennis Club, Beach Bar & Grill, Security and the common grounds. In addition OCCA provides management to a number of the Ocean Club Condominium Associations.
